I absolutely love this restaurant, they didn't carry vegan food per se, but they were more than willing to make you something from scratch to ensure the customer was happy.

Staff was nice. Service was exceptionally slow. Food was awful. Over cooked. Meager portions. Other than that, the soda was cold.

Stayed at the best western plus attached to element rest with my two kids 8 months and 1.5 yrs went down with an empty baby bottle asked to purchase some milk they however comped the milk great staff

Streak was better than some dry aged steaks I've had in the past. Great service.

We decided to eat here as we were staying at a nearby hotel and it was within walking distance. My wife had the kickin chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and I had the Canadian burger with fries. Both were very fresh and tasted good. The aoli dip for the sweet potatoes did not have much taste though. Service was friendly and the prices decent. We would eat here again.

My wife and I were staying at the hotel next door and ordered takeout. Waited for 40 minutes for a single quesadilla. It was good but the restaurant was clearly understaffed, specially for a Saturday night. Not coming back again.

Typical hotel restaurant. High prices, average food, server was "meh" at best, no atmosphere. Service was decently quick though.

Not terrible as far as hotel restaurants go, the wings were good, as were the quesadillas, but the pork tenderloin was kind of dry. Beer selection is standard.

Meat was over cooked and vegetables and potatoes were cold not worth eating here

Amazing breakfast, price and service. A hidden gem in North York and way better breakfast than the downtown chain hotel breakfast.

Really upsetting. My husband's mashed potatoes first came out with gray, then the "new" ones were like reheated and seemed a day old, vegetables were crunchy not soft and buttery. I paid $26 for his meal and ,$18 for mine and my daughter's chicken alfredo that seemed only ok.

Food was ok. Waitress had no people skills

Not your typical hotel restaurant! We enjoyed one dinner and one breakfast here. Both meals were very good with generous portions and the service was also good.

Super underated, good value and fantastic flavours. I should add the Breakfast potatoes were fantastic that come with most of the breakfast options.

The food is okay. Fairly typical pub food. Service was not that great. The breakfast specials are a pretty good deal however.

Do not have the $20 dollar deal including a pint of beer. It's not worth it.Have the $20 steak and chips and the $6 beer. Or any of the standard price meals. They are good value and really nice.Parties of 6 will have a tip pre added to their bill!Paula who works there is a font of knowledge, befriend her, she is great (from the guys from Norwich UK😀)

Great food and a great atmosphere, I would recommend this place for those of all tastes. For breakfast they serve from the simple (2 eggs with toast home fries and bacon) to the exotic (smoked salmon style eggs Benedict). For dinner the verity is just as diverse, from a simple burger to the grilled calamari. All food is great, that I have tried so far, for I have tried a bit of it in my short stay at the attached hotel (Best Western). The restaurant has its own entry and is close to the road. All the staff is great and always smiling. I would come and sit to just talk to them and end up ordering a white Russian or one of the beers on tap and staying for an hour.

So I ordered eggs benny for breakfast (at 2pm) the food was served semi room temp, the hollandaise sauce was lumpy and tasted fishy. I called the waitress over and asked her to take it away and said for her to just bring me a caesar salad, she walked I to the kitchen and yelled so we could hear that "the lady didnt like the sause" a few mins later I got my salad and my friend was tempted becuz it look gooded so she asked if she could get one also, the waitress yet again walked into the kitchen and yelled "now the other lady wants a salad" ...Just poor decorum, not impressed at all.

Not a bad hotel bar/restaurant but service is slow and the place seems understaffed.

Worst place I had a few drinks there with my coworkers & I stay & the hotel & was embarrassed b4 the manager & one of the workers about a bill that I already paid for $29 that I've already paid from the week before & even though i showed them my bank statement with the payment been made o the Tuesday before the manager told them that I wasn't allowed to leave b4 I paid that same bill again

My boyfriend mom, friend and I went to this restraint because it was the only restaurant close by that was walking distance from our hotel, we were already drinking , we walked in at 9:20 because it closed at 10 , girl didn't say hi nothing just said we close soon so, handed us menus, so we just seat our selves, waitress gets to our table, says "what do you want to drink?" We tell her, then we order our food quick , she got mad and looked confused. Took her 15 minutes to get a beer, glass of wine, and ice tea with vodka but stood taking to her coworkers for 10 minutes then got the drinks, we got our food that was not cooked properly and discusting, I asked her for a glass a water and she gave me attitude, we got the bill and it was wayyyy over priced, we really didn't appricate the attitude or the service.

Omg I can’t say enough about this little hidden gem. The woman working by herself on the floor couldn’t have been more welcoming after a long journey. An the steak was amazing 🙌🏼

Staff was nice. Bruschetta was very good. Muscles were not very flavorful, sent them back. Kids food was decent, typical choices chicken fingers, cheese Pizza, grilled cheese, pasta, burger. French fries were nice and crispy! Drinks : Ceasar was very good, it had pickle slices in it. Try the Woo Woo drink.🍹 Wife loved it!!

Great dinner and wonderful service! Order the wine by the glass, you won’t be sorry.

Good food. Priced a bit hi but typical for a hotel. Service is a bit slow haven't seen my server in 20 minutes.

I had a nice experience here. The restaurant itself is cozy but very clean and well kept. There is decent variety of food to choose from and all for average prices. I ordered burgers and they were cooked great with short wait times. The staff are very nice as well. I'll definitely come back if I'm in the area.

It is really good. We went there just now, the waitress is helpful and attentive. We order a Mediterranean salad, it is really delicious, full of lot of sun dry tomatoes. And we also order a chicken tikka masala and Burger, both are really nice too. And the potion isn't small either. If I ever come back to the area, i wull definity go there again.

Food and price we're bang on! Wait was short for food and it all tasted good! Bar was good. Limited.menu. staff friendly.

Terrible service. Had someone's empty glasses with bottoms of booze sitting next to me at the bar the entire time. No last call actually called. Server only showed up to hand the bill. Waiting almost half an hour for one drink.

I dropped by to have a quick lunch. My server was Sanjay. He had a very positive attitude. I ordered the veggie burger with fries with a coke. The food was pretty good. They are currently renovating but that didn't phase the staff who were very friendly with the guests in the restaurant. I scanned the room and noticed a lot of business people enjoying their meals. There were a lot of fun conversations going on as I was eating my food. The restaurant and lounge is right near the 400. It is a great spot to meet. Thank you for the hospitality. Cheers!

Service is good but food is just so, so. It is attached to the Best Western which makes it great. No walking to go and eat.
